Live And Be A Channel Of God’s Blessings
Remember, whatever our disabilities are, we are created as God’s children. There will never be a reason to not see God’s unconditional love to us. Whatever happens, always praise God. The world we are in now is temporary. Our true home is in heaven. Trust that in God’s time, we will be with Him in His kingdom.

Friends
Friends are a very important part of life. Friends are there to comfort, to laugh and to make memories with. If I did not have my friends, I would not make it through the day. I always have a friend around, but sometimes some people are more of a friend than others. There are best friends, good friends and acquaintances in everyone’s life. Best friends are very hard to find. I only have one best friend. My best friend is always there for me. I can call her at three o’clock in the morning and she will wake up to talk to me. My best friend is also a great listener. I can open up to my best friend and tell her anything. If I am ever upset, she always finds a way to make things better. My best friend and I always have fun and laugh when we were together. Best friends truly are the best kind of friends.

Rock Climbing
"Last week, I went for rock climbing and I must say it was a great experience! As for me, I am always afraid of heights. When it comes to rock climbing, I was really scared! It's more of a risky thing to do because you're depending your life on a rope only. Well I'm not saying its not safe, its totally safe! Just that I'm afraid of heights. I didn't want to do it at first, but my friends kept saying that its cool and its fun. So I gave it a shot and they were right! I felt like I was 'Spiderman' ! Climbing on a wall was really really fun! At first i was going real slow but after awhile i feel comfortable with it and I was climbing up like a pro! I can't wait to go for rock climbing again. You should try it yourself!"

About Me
"Soooo, I have a twin. We're so different, different in gender, attitude, well basically everything. But that's what makes us special because I can't imagine having a twin who looks like me. Haha. Well there's this one time in highschool, someone was bullying me but my twin stood up for me. That was cool, also now he drives me around for my casting. That's the perks of having a 'boytwin'. Then after highschool, i went to Multimedia University to pursue my studies in creative multimedia. University is where I started to gain new experience, like modeling. I've been modeling for 5 years now and some of the jobs that I did was for Garnier and Pizza Hut TVC. Personally, modeling was a good experience for me to build my confidence and self-esteem as I was a shy kid during school days.  I can't wait to see where life would bring me after this."
Life Lesson
By: Sheefa
"On my 11th birthday my parents gave me my first bicycle. I really wanted to know how to ride it all by myself like a grown up, so i tried. I remember falling several times on the sides, scraping my elbows and knees. On that day i learned how to stay balanced on the bicycle. I remember jumping off the seat, falling face forward on the rocky road, breaking a tooth and getting so swollen lips i wasn't able to eat. On that day I learned when to use the breaks. I remember feeling mighty riding my new bicycle, so much i didnt care about others and crashed into another boy riding his bicycle, causing him to break his arm, getting scolded endlessly and losing my bicycle only a few minutes after having it. On that day i knew how to be more careful and less careless towards others around you. Learning life lessons is like learning to ride a bicycle. Life's difficulties are worth the pain if they teach us important lessons in living."

The Fear

"She laid her straw hat beside her. Her boyfriend was all decked out like she was, and she placed a hand over his. She shared his smile and laughed. All was good in the world, or so she wanted to believe. The beautiful scenery outside did ease her worries, but the storm clouds in the distance made her frown. There was no avoiding what was coming, but now was not the time for fear."

Love of My Life
"I love my husband and I love our life together. I like trying new things and setting goals frequently. I really like laughing and having fun as often as possible. My life is a journey of new experiences and the learning that comes along with them."

Spirit In Me
"I remember the time that I failed one of my subject in high school. Instead of scolding me, my parents kept giving me advises and asked me to keep going. I decided to study as hard and as smart as I can. I feel really lucky to have them as my parents."

Close Call
"One day, after school my mum took me and my siblings out to cut our hair. We got stuck in a bad jam under a bridge on our way home. We were almost out from under the bridge when my mother had a strange feeling that something will fall. She decided step on the pedal to move the car faster. Immediately after getting out from under the bridge, we heard a loud BOOM. We turned our heads and saw the sign board that is supposed to be on top of the bridge, fell down on top of a car behind us. We were thankful that we weren't stuck there and that no one got hurt."

When I Was A Boy
"When I was a boy, I was really playful and I could say kind off naughty. Well that's what my mom said. One of the best childhood memories I have was when I got my first bike. I didn't know how to ride it but with the help of my father, I managed to learn how to. My bike was green and yellow in colour and looked 'sporty' in a way. Every evening I would take my bike out to the park so that I could practice. My father would always come along to make sure I'm safe. Day by day, my riding skills improved. One fine day, I mastered it. I was really happy and proud of myself."

Best Birthday Ever!
"21st of February, the most important date in my life. The day I was born. This year was suppose the 1st time I celebrated my birthday with my boyfriend. Unfortunately, my boyfriend told me that he could not be there with me for my birthday. I felt kind of sad. Then on my birthday itself, my boyfriend asked me to go outside. He said that something is waiting for me outside. When I got outside, I saw a bouquet of a flower. I screamed and was very happy. That was the best birthday ever!"

Kittens Are Powerful
"I get up in the morning with big eye bags, dark circles and tiredness. Travel all the way from home to college, college to work, back and forth. I have to drive so far every day, concentrate learning new things, stay conscious while working and drive safely back home. But life is beautiful when you get home and see what you love to see. My five little kittens welcome me home with their cute little paws and sweet cute voices. All of a sudden, I feel so relieved and everything about tiredness had been thrown far, far away."

The Strongest Person
"Somewhere in January 2010, was the saddest moment in my entire life. The moment when my grandmother took her last breath. She was suffering with throat cancer for about a month. It was so sad to look at her while she was still alive as she can barely breathe and swallow solid food. She was very strong. I guess she is in better place right now. I miss you grandma."

My Man
"The first time I saw him, I was pretty sure...we could be something. We became lovers at first sight. It is amazing how a blink of an eye can turn our life around. He is simply the reason I'm falling, the reason my heart is beating. He is sent from up above and there's nothing that tear us apart. He's a man I can never get tired of talking to, who crosses my mind every single minute. These feelings are beyond words. He means so much to me and he is the only one I want to keep to complete my life."

Beautiful Morning
"It was a beautiful morning on 3rd of January, when suddenly everything became much more beautiful. It was the day when I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, Adibah. She's everything to me. I'm so grateful to have her in my life. She is the reason for me to live longer"

The Superman of My Life

"I've been having trouble and suffering a lot in chemistry and physics when I was in high school. However, there is one person that is always willing to help me with these subjects until I managed to get good results in SPM. That person is my awesome dad. I'm so lucky to have him as my dad."

Super Daddy And The Little Princess
"My dad grew in an extremely poor family, but all his hard work has made my life a million times easier than he used to be. He protects and takes good care of me a hundred times more than his parents could ever care of him. He bought his own house at the age of 19 without asking a cent from his parents; whereas I got a new car from him at the age of 19 without even having to ask. I am truly blessed."

Best Picnic!
"On 22nd January 2012, my friends and I went for a picnic at Sg. Gabai at Kuala Selangor. We had planned this all week. On the day itself, we reached there at 10am. I feel disappointed at first because it was not as I have imagined and the place looked boring. But then, we discovered a sliding rock and it was awesome! That was the best picnic I've ever had for in my life."

Looking At The Stars
"Every night i see the sky and i dream and wonder if one day i will be able to fly. So i sleep and dream of that day, when people all around can communicate without worry and hate for one another. A day when all racial and social problems would be resolved. A day where everything is beautiful. Waking up i feel strengthened and determined to strive and work towards that bright beautiful day."

I Feel Like A Princess Again
"On 27th March 2011, I was waiting for my boyfriend at the lower ground floor in Mid Valley. After waiting for about 5 minutes, he showed up infront of me with a bouquet of flowers and a box of Ferrero Rocher. I was sp happy that i felt like jumping all around! I'm the luckiest person to have him as my boyfriend. We've been together for 3 years now and nothing can tear us apart!"

Be Thankful That You Are Still Breathing
"Every morning, at least one of your friends would complain and post something up on Facebook or Twitter saying 'I don't like waking up in the morning' or ' I am so sleepy and don't want to wake up' and much more. Come to think of it, what if, you NEVER wake up on that day?
Now what do you think? Waking up in the morning is better than not waking up at all."

Music And Its Magic
"Music is like oxygen, a day without music would make me breathless. I might not see it, but I know it's there and ready to do its own magic. It drives my feelings, colors my days and simply accompanies the moods."

Lucky To Know Someone

"One day, during my guitar lesson class as I was waiting for my turn, a familiar person came out from the room and spoke to the assistant of the shop. Once he was done talking to the assistant, I asked her who he was as he looked like a familiar singer that I have seen somewhere. She told me that he was a local singer that took part in the Astro Chinese competition and is now giving vocal classes to students. I am glad that I got to speak to him eventhough it was just for a short while."

Fairytales Do Exist
"I used to be the quitest girl in my primary school; he was the most notorious boy in class. Can you imagine that we got together after eight years of not contacting each other since our primary school? If life is something you can expect, that's not life."

Beat of My Heart
"Last weekend, I fell sick. Because of me, my family had to cancel all the plans that we had for the whole week. Instead of scolding me and getting mad at me, they took good care of me every day until I recover. That is my family. They will always be there for me. I am so lucky to have them as my one and only family."
